A business card, at its essence, is a contact card that makes keeping in touch a cinch. Take heed from Dorothy Kern, who includes all the pertinent info and features on her cards: everything from her name and title, to her twitter handle and QR code! Best of all, is she still manages to keep her design clean and simple.
In fact, her cards have been very successful with her colleagues as well. According to Dorothy, “I LOVE my gotprint cards – they are amazing. Since I posted about them, people have been asking me to design for them…and I send them to gotprint to order!”

A beautiful illustration always catches our attention, such as the one on April Melchior’s cards. She uses the backside of her cards to display one of her pieces, and the front, to point to her blog, which includes a portfolio of her beautiful creations!
We love special shapes, and they seem to be very popular amongst our customer base as well. Here, Jaimie Woodruff uses the round special shape to emphasize his business’ name—BubbleWood Photography—and to stand out from the crowd. As Jaimie points out: “I have gotten so many compliments on them and I love having something that stands out from other photographers.”
